pulse polio immunization is extra dosage irrespective of the vaccination schedule as well as the vaccination that is been given to the child.
it is advisable that you get the xchild vaccinated for polio if the child is not having any type of fever at present.
simple cough and cold is not a contraindication for polio drops.
it is usually available at any government centre that is primary and centre or urban health centre
