you can start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly and give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily.
give only breastmilk till completion of Six month

Regularly for your baby so you should not give it till it is not advised to be given regularly to your five months old baby. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old
