add cereal and grains dal legumes include all seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy, eggs, nuts milk products this will suffice your child's development

Our pediatrician says such supplements tend to alter the growth hormones of the kids now and later cause obesity when they grow up into adults. So it's better to stick with plain milk and some home made nuts powder along with natural sweeteners like palm sugar or palm candy or jaggery or brown sugar to enhance the flavor.
