as we all are not fully aware about the reaction of vaccine so it is better to wait and watch.
as such it isn't necessary for now.
please offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
make your child wear mask.
wash hands frequently.
maintain good hygiene
