exercises help to freshen up. good overall health. improve appetite. breastfeeding wont be affected in negative way.
maintain hydration.
exercise, healthy eating, adequate fluid intake, massage will help.
How fast you recover depends on how active you were during your pregnancy. many other factors are responsible like your genes and bone structure, how much weight you had gained in pregnancy.

Walk more
