Q.

#asktheexperts in my pregnancy I was thin and did not put on much fat but post pregnancy all of sudden after 4 weeks I started gaining too much weight

A. check thyroid levels   postdelivery, after gynaecologist clearance , start walking. yoga, suryanamaskars will also help. this is a slow process so keep patience. exercises help to freshen up. good overall health. improve appetite. breastfeeding wont be affected in negative way. maintain hydration. exercise, healthy eating, adequate fluid intake, massage will help. How fast you recover depends on how active you were during your pregnancy.  many other factors are responsible like your genes and bone structure, how much weight you had gained in pregnancy.

A. Hi parent Avoid maida , sugar , over oily food , RO water , packaged and processed food Take sunbath daily Walk more eat couple of bites less than what you really want to Practice yogasana Take more millets and fruits
