mild spicy is okay.
prefer fibre rich diet.
take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

U Can I eat oily to watch three times in a week but not too much oil try going for shallow fry for possibly can and second most important thing is you can eat everything that you want to I’m not saying that you cannot but please avoid spicy food because if you eat spicy food going to have issues like heart born and acidity
