Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

Take as much prescribed by the doctor. If ur feed is sufficient now for the baby then u can stop taking..
Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby.
The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there
