Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Take as much prescribed by the doctor. If ur feed is sufficient now for the baby then u can stop taking.. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby. The more u feed the more milk secretion will be there
