ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear parent, for the healthy weight gain of your 7 month old son, give 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time. include variety of fruits, veg, curd, paneer, dal in babys diet. Add ghee to babys food.
