#asktheexperts I want options to eat which will not put on my wt but increase milk supply

A. Dear mum, have variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water.
