#asktheexperts I've delivered baby vaginaly on 06-Dec-2020, haven't got my periods yet.. my question is before my pregnancy I used bleed very light but regularly and only for max 2 days on periods.. after delivery also I bled only for 5 days.. what's the reason for this and when I get my periods again will they be the same as before.. also is light bleeding cause of concern?

A. hi mom if u r doing exclusive breast feeding till now then ur periods might be delayed and it is ok not to have periods during lactation but use contraception to avoid unwanted pregnancy
