Q.

#asktheexperts :i stopped nursing and pumping from July end. If I have to re start from next week how good would be my supply. I wish to only pump and no direct feed .my baby is 2 months old. She’s on formula milk and weighs 5kgs. Any suggestions on how to improve the supply post 3 weeks gap ??..

A. it is better to start breast milk feeding to the baby at least still 5 to 6 months which should be exclusively then only after that you should start with some semi solid food along with that so again try breastfeeding properly

A. Hi Once you stop producing feet it gets very difficult to re-lactate you can try having some medicines after consulting your gynaecologist if it increases for you then that’s very good otherwise you have to keep sticking to formula feeding only because it gets really difficult to relactate it after sometime
