Q.

#asktheexperts I met my husband on 30th December 2023 after 6 to 7 months and had intercourse, so my pregnancy should be counted from the date of intercourse right and not the 1st date if last period???

A. Because people usually remember the last menstrual period date the gestational age of pregnancy is calculated from the last menstrual period did, and not from the time you had intercourse. It is very common to get confused where people calculate from date of intercourse. But for medical People LAST MENSTRUAL PERIOD DATE is more reliable as cycle starts from that day
