#asktheexperts I'm the mother of a fourth month baby boy. After delivery I have been having lot of hair fall. May I know if this a common problem. And what remedies can be taken to prevent further hair loss.

please use Mild ayurvedic sampoo
you can use avla aritha shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair
you can apply aloe vera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
please avoid RO water
please take daily sun light exposure
