do regular daily walking
have adequate water intake
keep regular check on sugar level and take the medications very carefully.
avoid all sugar content foods, tea and coffee

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please consult with your gynaecologist in person as she knew the exact health condition of your pregnancy and also during pregnancy sometimes mothers get diabetes and it get cured after delivery and follow the doctor instructions and avoid direct sugar in your food.
