#asktheexperts I .m pregnant and it was the second last month of my pregnancy but my baby is transverse so what can I do for my baby to came in right position

Hi Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take a good care of your baby Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
