Q.

#asktheexperts I’m having very less breast milk I feed my breast milk to my baby once or twice a day And rest I give formula milk Is this ok ? Will it impact her growth and proper nutrition I give her nan formula milk Please suggest!! My baby is 20 days old

A. drink lots of water. add jeer and sauf to the water and add ghee to your food . Also do not stop breastfeeding. the more you breastfeed the more milk will be produced. In case youbare not able to breastfeed then give formula milk which is very close to the breastmilk..Aptamil formula milk has prebiotics which are present in mother's milk and helps to improve the gut health of the baby

A. pls do latch proolerly and . breastfeeding is the best source of immunity and nutrition for baby . Exclusive mother feeding should be done for six months for brain growth . No formula milk is recommended as it s not needed . No ghutti or water till six months .
