#asktheexperts hello my milk production is less I have 10 days baby at a time we should feed from one breast or both breast once I feed it takes time to refill what should I do

A. Hello! Try as much to feed your baby from both the breasts. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with the baby while you breastfeed. The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better supply. consult your doctor for further guidance.
