#asktheexperts I’m gaining weight too much. Even after following the regular diet. What do you suggest ? I always feel very tired and my legs hurt very much.

A. may be you should try doing some brisk walking everyday for 30 min atleast. do some yoga practice on a regular basis. drink lots of water and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. sleep sufficiently. try andxeat foods that increase your metabolism.
