Q.

#asktheexperts I m a mom of one and half month old baby... doctor suggest me to gave her formula milk bcz her weight is not gained... I have to gave it in gap of 2 2 hour but after 2 hour I try to fed her but she is in deep sleep not sucking it.. what should I do?

A. The average amount of formula that babies take per feeding is: Newborn: 2-3 ounces (60-90 mL) per feeding. 1 month old: 4 ounces (120 mL) per feeding. 2 months old: 5 ounces (150 mL) per feeding.
