Q.

I m a mother of a 2 n half month old boy. As i don't have enough milk i have to give formula milk but of lately he has stopped taking formula milk and only wants breast milk which is difficult for me at major times because of which he is always not fully fed... please help me with a solution as i m very concerned about my kid.

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Pumping regularly increase your breastmilk supply. Use PhilipsAvent breast pump to keep your supply going on. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Consult your doctor for further advice. #ParentYourWay
