A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. do squats regularly from today

A. Hi Mom, First Congratulations🎊🎉 Celebration of going to meet your little one in a span of 48 hours. Happy Motherhood Now coming to your concern, I too had the same scenario last year what your going through, I was in my 40th week start, my water didn't break, didn't get labour pain till the last date of my due. So to induce the pain the doctor will do that for you, once that's done in another two hours you will start getting your pain, slowly it will progress. For me early morning 5.30am they induced it, till 12 pm my cervix opened only 4 cm then they took me to labour room, broke my waterbag, and then around 2 pm it was fully dilated to 10 cm.. now the unfortunate part was till 4.20 my baby was not coming out even with full pain and water broke and full cervix open... then at 4.30 my doctor said let's go for Csec. after the delivery only we understood that baby weight and head was huge so it was difficult to come out. so each story is different each Individual is different and each baby is different - so my personal advice is don't get scared please relax and do lot of breathing exercises and pray to your favourite God and go for the labour... once again my hearty wishes and do share us the happy news once you Delivered.
