A. hello mom.. You are currently facing postpartum hair fall that is quite common in women who have just welcomed their bundle of joy! Your hair will go through a shedding phase for a couple months, but fret not, it will naturally settle down soon after. You can however, reduce the severity of hair fall by following a wholesome diet. Also pay close attention to your hydration needs as you are breastfeeding by having ample amount of water at regular intervals. Curry leaves are perfectly safe and quite beneficial for hair health and for breastfeeding and you can consume them with soaked almonds on a daily basis. As the hair is breaking off at the ends, it could be a sign of protein deficiency. Ensure that you also include healthy proteins, fresh fruits, veggies to combat the hair loss. Using an all natural, chemical free hair wash also helps maintain hair health and can be used along with nourishing hair oil or a hair mask for added benefits.
