Q.

#asktheexperts I have preterm twin babies, now they are 4 months old. Now they are taking direct feed but my milk supply is very low. When babies were born, didn't take direct milk. Now I want to give them breastfeed but not enough supply. what shall I do ? Now Lactare and galact granules are not helping. Please suggest πŸ™

A. Try using a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings. This helps to increase the breast milk production. #ParentYourWay Check PHILIPS AVENT Manual Breast Pump which is simple to use and provides the baby with natural milk experience. Switch your breasts every 5 mins with this pump. Make sure that each breast is stimulated for atleast 15 minutes.
