A. hi mom for pcod you should have or include good proteins vegetables fruits limit sugary , fried items, packaged foods have nuts like almonds, walnuts , pistachios hydrate well sleep well walk for half an hour daily

A. Dear, I also had pcod. Eat fiber rich diet, more proteins intake, avoid sugar and fried food. Take proper sleep, keep yourself hydrated and start doing yoga. These small changes will reverse pcod.
