#asktheexperts i have high blood pressure, 130/110, already on amlocef 10mg and aquazide 25mh, my doctor recommended telmisartan 20mg for bp reduction today, when can i breastfeed my baby after taking this medicine, how long should i wait?

A. hello mam, you can keep a gap of one hour before feeding the baby. also do some physical activity like brisk walk which is helpful for high BP. also make a dough of soya aata and ragi aata in the ratio 1:1 and make roti out of it and eat that roti. ragi is very beneficial in high BP.
