Q.

2.5 months for my baby,already started periods. I'm not breastfeeding for Baby due to high blood pressure?is that normal?

A. Yes it’s normal as you are not breast feeding the baby so it’s normal that the periods starts and eat a healthy abd nutritious diet limit salt intake switch to rock salt instead of white iodised salt abd drink plenty of water and start taking white gourd juice in the morning

A. Hello dear parent! Common finding in many new moms. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Consult your doctor for further evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently
