#asktheexperts i have got a milk bleb on my breast, not disappearing. using NipCare cream.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 days agoA. Apply little warm compress over and around the breast and continue applying nip care cream and also you should wear loose cotton clothes avoid tight clothes and while feeding entire nipple and most of the aerial should be in mouth of the baby
