Q.

#asktheexperts I have given the first dose of pcv vaccine in my son's 4th month as the vaccine was not available in govt hospital.so it got delayed.. i dont want to continue with the second vaccine ..will it harm the baby (now he is in his 7th month running)..pls gve a proper advice .

A. some delay is ok for that. Vaccines are very important for babies. Some delay is justified like up to 14 days or so though in primary vaccines there should not be any delay . Flu vaccine can also be given during this flu and covid season .
