Sometimes it happens because of hormonal changes in body during pregnancy so you should not worry about it at all. If you are a lactating mother then maybe it will get cured by its own once you will stop breastfeeding your baby is still you doesn’t get relief then in such case you should consult with Dr and don’t take any medication till it is not advised by Dr
