#asktheexperts I have been down with cold and cough for a week now. it's post nasal drip and my nose feel congested when I lay down. what to do.

Mam these days there are nasal steps available you can use them but since you are pregnant you should check with your doctor because those strips are supposed to be very good also you can take proper course of medication after consulting your doctor
