Q.

#asktheexperts I have a normal delivery with Stiches.They are healed.I want to reduce the tummy fat.What should I eat and if I started dieting is there any problem in feeding.Can I start yoga and exercises.

A. Dear Mom, you can beguin with yoga now. Also, begin with eating enhanced servings of fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables and also consume cinnamon water early in the morning. This will help in fat loss.

U Can start with basic yoga exercises if you want to lose on your weight but I’m sorry that you cannot go ahead with any writing as of now because when you are breastfeeding the child you cannot do dieting also right now you’ve delivered a child your body needs more of food and supply and energy so focus on eating well but you can start working out
