#asktheexperts I have a baby girl today she is 6 days old and it's my first baby Can you please help me about my health actually I have facing problem on sitting and standing even ending also because of stitches what should I do?

Hello mom In starting it happens because of weakness in body but with the time it will get cured by its own but you have to maintain a proper diet and it is very important. Within next 1 to 2 months your body start recovering and these pains will go by its own and always try to stay in normal room temperature
