Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. your babies are born out to be no 13 months old and in case you have any pain then to better go for a proper examination and also check your weight sometimes when you put on weight then knee pain happens

Take adequate water
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Go for walking every day
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic or Ayurveda
It will correct soon
