#asktheexperts I had tested positive for covid during my 8th month of pregnancy and affected severely ...do my son acquires natural immunity towards covid?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. usually not. can't say. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. hi to some extent yes.. but not 100 percent .so best is is follow all covid protocols and each baby is different so we cannot completely feel safe..just follow all necessary protocols and to build up immunity...baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months
