#asktheexperts i had had a normal delivery but still feel weakness and not able to much work. My lower back aches like anything when i do some household chores. Please suggest something.

A. after delivery weakness is present if not much of rest is taken and also due to lack of sleep so try to sleep whenever baby sleeping and then do the household work playing along with baby this will help you definitely
