#asktheexperts I had C section in august.baby is 2 month old. I am exclusively breastfeeding . iron and calcium tablet course I am taking. But since few days I am feeling tiredness . Do I need to take any additional medicine ?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes it is very normal in ladies after pregnancy due to harmons changes. And also add kamar khas in your daily diet along with vitamins and supplements prescribed by your gynaecologist.
