#asktheexperts I had a lot hair fall problem since 4 month.hair regrowth possible.kindly suggest medicine or home remedies

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. z drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regulazr scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist
