#asktheexperts i had a c-section delivery in November last year. i was scared to wear a tummy tucker belt and didnt even tie my tummy with cloth. Can i get a flatter belly now? how can i achieve that?

A. you should do some yoga or dance steps or you can also do cardio workout. besides this eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake and drink lukewarm water

A. Yes You can only if you are ready to do a hard Kaur intense workout to be back in shape so once you complete approximately 10 to 12 months of your delivery after that only you can go for any kind of intense workout because the belt is of no use as of now so just after 10 to 12 months just get ready to work out
