#asktheexperts I gave banana to my son, but he got constipated. He did not poop for one day, and next day he had tight motion. what can I do?

A. please avoid banana in case it causes constipation . it is good to give apple pears papaya dragon fruit, vegetable puree to your baby. take care n all the very best

Q. My baby turned 6 months old this Monday only, so I started with little amount of mashed banana one time a day and gave him for 2 days.
