#asktheexperts my baby was constipated , she never poop least 3 days,she not eat banana .tell me what to do

A. ok. avoid maida based food, biscuits, backery to your baby. and give lots of fiber rich fruits n veggies. offer luke warm water to drink, it will help her ok

A. i included curd or raita in baby's meal (mostly lunch time) she enjoys it and she has never been constipated since I started solids. also you can add guvava slices. guvava is a gut friendly fruit.
