#asktheexperts i feel like i am having pain in breast and milk duct in side what should i do is there any medicine

A. Massage your breast with a oil properly you can use warm mustard oil or any oil of your choice and followed by warm compress this will help but the pain is much than you have to check with your doctor what painkiller can you take as of now
