#asktheexperts I feed my baby through EBM, as my child don't latch himself. can you please guide me the correct way to store and use the breast milk. till how many hours can we store the milk at room temperature before refrigerating

A. U Have the storage containers available so you can be a story or milk on room temperature for say about one hour refrigerator about eight hours and the freezer more than a month but for correct figures you can actually Google it you will come to know about it also I would like to tell you that when you try to feed your child on the breast sometimes press your breast with your hand because that with the flow of the milk is definitely going to be much better and easier for your child and maybe this way your child will learn to latch as well
