Q.

#asktheexperts I don't feed my milk enough to my 2 month old daughter. I feed her with formula milk more often and because of that my milk supply is getting reduced. I want my milk supply to increase, what can I do for that? Also, is it okay to give more formula milk than mother's milk?

A. Hello my dear parent! The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better supply. Include methi , roasted Makhana, Jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Try as much to exclusively breastfeed baby on demand. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
