#asktheexperts I am the mother of a month old baby.. every time I try to breast feed my nipples hurt. please suggest a cream for it. and also I am not producing milk.. kindly suggest to increase milk supply. and since I am bottle feeding him, now if I breast feed him, he is refusing to latch or sucking like a bottle nipple.. what should I do now? please suggest

You can take Shaari powder three times in the day with warm milk which will help in increasing your lactation plus you can apply Boroline antiseptic cream on your nipples to heal the nipple going to advise you to consult lactation doctor they will help you to feed your child directly on the dress along with the bottle feeding
