#asktheexperts I am suffering from Extreme hair loss now a days. My baby is 22 month old. My scalp is showing. My hair type is scalp is oily n hairs become dry after delivery. Can you please help me out? And how to get rid of mommy belly?

start with vitamin supplement consulting the doctor
add protein in diet leafy vegetables keep your self well hydrated
to get rid of tummy start with yoga or brisk walk or low intense exercise
