#asktheexperts I am running 9th month of Pregnancy, any tips for normal delivery?

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. You should actually start doing exercising like walk workout of basic yoga and all from the time of 3 to 4 months once you are fit your doctor says your pregnancy is more than all in the last month there is nothing specific that you do for normal delivery it’s a process that happens over the period
