hi I'm on my 9th month of pregnancy very shortly I may be expecting my delivery too.just wanted to know few easy tips to be considered for normal or natural delivery..

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. stay hydrated. eat well.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .See try to consult to a good pediatrician there who will do a full check up and tell the diagnosis

type of delivery depends on many factors like baby size, baby position, amunuitic fluid amount etc
so please don't take much stress for this.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
stay calm and positive.
if your doctor permits ,go for walk daily.
stay active.
