milk,dairy products ,papaya,chiku ,poppy seeds ,bread toast,rusk,saunf water,garlic in curries and as garlic milk,mutton kheema helps in producing breast milk.

and be positive, breast milk is totally dependent on our mental positivity, it is advised by a paediatrician
