Observe the pain ,walk for a few minutes ,if you observe on and off pains at a particular interval like contractions then do not delay,consult your Gynaecologist. Do not neglect ,ask your Gynaecologist at least through a call and inform your pain and any symptoms.

It could be associated with the food that u r eating and sometimes it can also be associated with other reasons maybe constipation or indigestion anything so if the pain is much you should check with your doctor because during pregnancy you should not take chance with anything
