#asktheexperts I am nt able to increase my baby weight his 4th mnth is running and he is 4 kg and I feel that I am nt producing enough milk bcz when I pump I only get 10 to 20 ml of milk

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi parent weight gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it maintain hygiene in the area it should double the birth weight by 5 month

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Yes 10, 20 ml is less.. Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include more of jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. Also consult with your doctor as start with formula milk if feed is less
